1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a charter quotation, or otherwise communicating with The Regnare Group LLC through this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or submit a request through it.

2. Air Charter Broker

The Regnare Group LLC acts as an air charter broker under applicable United States Department of Transportation regulations, including 14 CFR Part 295.

The Regnare Group does not own or operate aircraft, is not a direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier, and does not maintain operational control of aircraft.

Air transportation arranged through The Regnare Group is provided by properly licensed direct air carriers or direct foreign air carriers that maintain operational control of the aircraft and are responsible for the operation and safety of each flight.

3. Charter Requests

Information submitted through this website constitutes a request for information or private aviation services and does not by itself create a confirmed reservation, contract of carriage, or guarantee of aircraft availability.

Aircraft availability, pricing, routing, scheduling, airport access and other flight details remain subject to confirmation.

4. Quotations and Pricing

Charter quotations may be subject to aircraft availability, operating requirements, taxes, fees, airport charges, repositioning requirements and other costs associated with the requested itinerary.

Final pricing and applicable payment terms will be provided in the documentation associated with a particular charter arrangement.

5. Operating Carrier

The operating air carrier is solely responsible for operational control of the aircraft and for decisions concerning the initiation, conduct, delay, diversion or termination of a flight.

Before entering into a contract for a specific flight or series of flights, The Regnare Group will provide disclosures required by applicable law concerning the operating carrier and The Regnare Group's role in arranging the transportation.

6. Schedule and Aircraft Changes

Private aviation operations may be affected by weather, maintenance, air traffic control, airport restrictions, crew limitations, governmental requirements and other circumstances outside the control of The Regnare Group.

Aircraft substitutions, schedule adjustments or other operational changes may therefore occur when necessary.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate traveler information and for possessing all required identification, passports, visas, permits and other documentation necessary for their itinerary.

Passengers must comply with applicable laws, airport requirements, security procedures and reasonable instructions of the operating air carrier.

8. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation, modification, refund and rescheduling terms may vary by operating carrier and charter arrangement.

The specific terms applicable to a confirmed flight will be stated in the applicable charter agreement, quotation or other booking documentation.

9. Website Information

The Regnare Group makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information on this website but does not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current or free from error.

Aircraft photographs, descriptions, ranges, cabin information and other aviation information may be illustrative and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular aircraft will be available for a requested trip.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the content, branding, design, graphics, text and other materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to The Regnare Group LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without authorization.

11. Third-Party Services

The Regnare Group may coordinate or provide access to services supplied by independent third parties, including air carriers, ground transportation providers, hospitality providers and other service providers.

Such third parties remain responsible for the services they independently provide.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Regnare Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising solely from use of this website.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
